Autumn season ahead: L'Boulevard and Tanjazz in mid-September, after a 100% football summer

The Moroccan summer is over on both the festival and the sport front: Mawazine, Gnaoua, Jazzablanca and Timitar have all been and gone, the World Cup ended on July 19 with Spain crowned champions, and WAFCON 2026 closed on August 16 in Rabat with a historic first title for Cameroon (3-0 over Malawi), Morocco finishing fourth. Now comes a packed autumn: L'Boulevard in Casablanca and Tanjazz in Tangier on the same mid-September weekend, the Rallye du Maroc in late September, then Visa for Music and the Marrakech Film Festival in November. September to November is also the best weather window of the year to visit the country.
